TheFork
Giving TheFork
a personality it could scale.
One brand world, stretched across three seasons and 55 videos.
TheFork had an app and an audience. What it needed was a personality that came through every time someone saw it. So we built one, playful, energetic, unmistakable, and carried it across every video.
Not 55 videos. One brand, told 55 ways.
The client
CloudRaker brought us in to make promo videos for TheFork, a TripAdvisor app that turns restaurant reservations into a piece of cake and serves foodies sweet deals.
the ask
Take every element, footage, scripting, talent, motion, and make them feel like one thing. A campaign that didn't just advertise the app, but expressed its whole world, and drove people straight into it.
The answer
We turned a functional app into a personality. Across three seasons and three campaigns, we gave TheFork a consistent voice and look, playful doodles, energetic motion, a tone you'd recognize anywhere. Same brand, every time, no matter the season or the language.

Behind the build
A personality in motion
Sometimes movement says more than words. Animation became the way TheFork's character showed up, in an instant, in every video.
Doodles as brand language
We took simple line drawings and gave them life, then used them as a signature across the whole campaign. Layered over stock footage, they turned generic clips into something that could only be TheFork. A small device, doing real brand work.
One world, at scale
55 videos, tight timelines, multiple languages, one consistent feel. Every video looked fresh, but they all clearly belonged to the same brand.
